Customer service
This is a development storefront. Cash-on-delivery checkout is available in test mode by default; online test checkout appears when configured and uses no real money.
Check your order
Open My Orders to view receipts saved on this browser and refresh their status. Save a private access code from your receipt to reopen it on another device. An order number alone cannot unlock a receipt. Courier tracking appears after the store adds it; live courier updates are not connected yet.
Delivery
The cart shows configurable sample shipping estimates: ₹79 standard shipping, waived from ₹1,499 merchandise value. Express adds ₹99. Actual serviceability and delivery dates require courier integration.
Payments & offers
FESTIVE225 takes ₹225 off merchandise from ₹1,500. Cash-on-delivery orders do not receive prepaid savings. Online Razorpay test checkout can be enabled by the store; it does not charge real money. WELCOME10 gives 10% off merchandise. These are sample rules for development.
Returns
Open an order in My Account or guest My Orders to request eligible full-order cancellation or return. Staff review the request. Return eligibility follows the configured window; partial returns and courier pickup are not connected. Confirm your final business policy before launch.
Jewellery care
Store pieces separately in a dry pouch. Follow product-specific care instructions.
Contact
Add your customer support email and contact hours here before launch.
Privacy
Your guest cart and wishlist are stored in your browser. Checkout sends contact/address details and selected items to the API to create an order. A pending submission is stored temporarily in this tab’s session storage for safe retries, then replaced by a private receipt identifier and secret. My Orders stores up to 100 private receipt identifiers, access secrets, order numbers and dates in this browser’s local storage. It does not store delivery addresses there. Anyone using this browser can open saved receipts. Remove individual entries from My Orders on a shared device. Access codes act as private credentials; guest codes remain independent credentials. Verified customer accounts can link orders placed with their email and reopen them across devices. Account passwords are hashed on the API; sessions use HTTP-only cookies. Verification/reset links expire and are single-use. Signed-in store staff can view the order details. Add your complete privacy and cookie policy before launch.
